A tall, lanky individual crept up to the door. He had heard someone was ill, and, well, figured he could cheer this person up. He enjoyed doing that, and usually was told to be quite good at it by some (but loathed by others, as some of the 4423's crew were indeed grouches).

Even so, Fai was not usually known by name, even though he had been on the ship for approximently two years. He was simply referred to "that guy who smiled a lot" or "that guy who teases people", or sometimes as just "Navigator-san", so he figured this certain Naoto person would say something similar.

He pressed on the door, opening it a tad.

"How are you feeling, Naoto-kun?" He stepped inside.

Naoto glanced up at the arrival and sat up from her bed at the sight of Fai.

"..I'm feeling..alright, not as well as usual but it's nothing too terrible."

It wasn't necessarily lying anymore than it was..hiding a little slip of information, right? She looked up at him and shrugged to the crate beside her bedside table.

"..you can come in, if you'd like."

Noticing Naoto not minding the "-kun" at the end of her name, Fai continued to refer to her as such. It was a habit for Fai to attach a random honorfic to every person he met, even if it meant giving a male-esque "-kun" to a female person like Naoto. He took another step towards her bed.

"Naoto-kun, if you were 'alright', you wouldn't be in bed all day," he said matter-of-factly with a smile. "But it's normal to be ill every once in a while, just not fun, of course. No one's invincible, I'm afraid~" He sat down on the crate, figuring her motions to be offering a seat.

Shifting uncomfortably under the sheets, she gave him a wary look for the teasing.

"..ah, a little unwell then."

She blinked at the tall, lanky man and wondered why he was here to visit, they didn't speak much and although they certainly weren't on bad terms, she never took the time to really know him. Pausing briefly, she played with the hem of the bedsheets and gave a stab at being more social.

"............

..how are you doing?"
