Unfortunately for Uryuu, that change wasn't going to last very long.

Neither Isaac nor Miria had ever been to Balisier, so an afternoon that would have been a flurry of called-in favors to have everything ready for their production had instead turned into a search for brain food (not food with brains!) to inspire them. Between them, they had stacked a small table and the ground around it a foot high with food trays full of snacks both exotic and mundane, and as Isaac was just about to begin an explanation as to why fried octopus balls were particularly good for the intellect...

... the solution to one of their problems appeared right before him. "See, my dear? We haven't even begun eating and already I have an answer!"

It was hard to miss the table stacked with piles and piles of empty food trays - more than enough to catch Uryuu's eye. When he realized who it was behind the table, though, he immediately pretended he hadn't noticed, and picked up his pace just a little bit. He didn't remember every customer he had made things for, but some were rather hard to forget. Like these too.

Before Uryuu could get much further away from the two, Isaac had leapt up from the table and dashed his way to the other man's side. "It's our friend Mr. Ishida! Pleasure to see you again, old fellow!" he greeted him with a slap on the back and a confidential smile.

"You remember him from that one time in Colvus, when we stole the history museum?" he added towards the table as an aside.
