Characters: Reno and Axel Harkin
Content: They've been on the ship a few weeks, but, well, lazy redheads still need to unpack.
Setting: Reno's room and Axel's room on Serenity. They're not sharing.
Time: May 6th
Warnings: Language, morons, dragons

Axel walked into Reno's room and sighed, looking at the boxes he still had. Luckily, Axel had gotten his things unpacked by now. All he had to do now was help his brother out. He itched the back of his neck, looking at the boxes before he stared at Reno, shaking his head. It was like Reno was taking the whole house with him, plus the kitchen sink. He walked in past his brother, into the room and made his way through the maze of boxes.

Ifrit smiled as he stumbled off Reno's bed and hopped up and down at Axel's feet, scrambling and pawing at his leg. The red head grinned foxishly and bent down, petting the top of his head. "Aw, look at you! Here you are, helping Reno unpack!" The dragon chirped in response as he licked at his owner's hand and walked around him a few times before he hopped up onto a few boxes, just wanting to be higher.

Axel looked across the room at all the boxes and shook his head. "You honestly need all this crap?"

Reno started when Axel came in. Stupid brother and--

"Hey! You. Ifrit. Down. Now." He glared at the dragon, closing his book. "Yes, I need it, and the hell're you doin' in here?"

Ifrit only gurgled at him, wagging his tail behind him, causing the boxes to shake. The older red head only smiled and patted Ifrit's head. He was an adorable pet, plus he annoyed his brother. That was a plus in itself. Axel only sighed and looked back at his brother, frowning.

"Helping you move all your stuff. Most of this stuff you probably don't even need." he said as as he looked down into a random box that was open. Ifrit also peeked into the box, folding his wings against his wings as he purred curiously.

Reno scrambled to get out of his bed, landing flat on his face. Dammit, he didn't want Axel to see his book collection. He'd never hear the end of it.
