The bar was full of suckers, practically lining up to give Hiruma their money.
He'd been running a poker table near the back for going on an hour now, and there's wasn't a damn soul anywhere nearby who knew how to play the game for shit. Hiruma won some hands, lost some hands, but that was the nature of the game; and steadily, his own piles of cash grew, while his opponents' grew smaller and smaller.
Two of them fell out, taking what little they had left and leaving, shooting Hiruma dirty looks all the while. Hiruma flashed his teeth at them, and began dramatically shuffling the cards, ready to deal out the next hand.
"Anybody want to take their place?" he asked loudly. "C'mon, isn't there anyone in this bar who's less of a pussy than them?"
