Feliks gave a nod. "All right!" he agreed readily. No point sitting around, was there? Besides, he was getting hungry...

He didn't really feel like letting go of Liet's hand... so, he decided not to! Cheerfully, he dragged his friend over to the door. Once there, though, he had to pause. "Okay, so like, you've gotta tell me which way the kitchen is," he admitted, grinning sheepishly.

Yes. This was going to be a long day. Toris shook his head, and then moved ahead of him to take the lead. They started walking down the hall, past the rooms, and down a flight of stairs. Hopefully, Shinjiro wouldn't be around.

It would, Feliks decided, be best to pretend Liet hadn't directed that pointed silence at him. Instead, he just laughed, following after him. He was in a very good mood--their problems seemed to him like fleeting things, scattering into nothing as solutions feel into their proper places, and he was where he was meant to be, with the friend he wanted to be with no matter what. And hey, they were going to go get food!

The only thing that could make things better would be if there were someone around for him to embarrass Liet in front of. Liet made the funniest faces when Feliks acted weird in front of strangers!

Unfortunately for Feliks, there would be no others around today. The two finally got to the Silvana's kitchen and set to work on planning a meal. Every now and then, the other cooks would come in, but Toris and Feliks paid them no mind. They were on a mission! A mission... of greatness.

Several hours passed, and they continued to work hard well into the evening. There were some times that Toris worried about what Feliks was doing. But, for the most part, things were okay. Flamboyantly okay, but okay, nonetheless. At last, they had a lovely dinner as proof of their tireless effort.

The two friends took their food, picnic-style, outside to the deck of the ship. Most of the other crew members were busy doing their own things for Amicus, so Toris and Feliks had some time to eat their dinner in peace. They sat down just as the stars began to come out. It was a nice atmosphere.
