She knocked on the door and opened the door.
"Hello, I hope I'm not late."

Without glancing up immediately -- he'd been penning something important into his notes -- or breaking his concentration, Hatori greeted Naoto with an indifferent "No, don't worry". His pen made a fwp sound as it hit the pad of paper, and for the first time since she'd trailed in, he looked directly at her.
"Have a seat for a few moments," the stoic man motioned to the armchair in front of his desk, returning his attention once again to the paperwork before him. Fingers curled around a clipboard with some sheets attached and handed it over to Naoto, a black pen nestled beneath the silver clip.
"If you could fill this out, that would be great."

After taking a few minutes to answer everything, Naoto looked over her answers before signing her name at the bottom and carefully placing the clipboard back on the desk.

"Thank you."
He slid the clipboard back into his grasp and glanced over the information, committing some of it to memory almost automatically. When all was satisfactory, Hatori stood from his seat calmly, not in any particular rush. If this was going to be one of those long days, there wasn't any point in stressing himself out too early. Understaffed infirmaries were a hassle on their own, so he needed to do his job, and do it well, without hurrying through it.
"If you'll just follow me, Naoto," the man tested the name on his tongue, only eyeing the girl very briefly before heading past the sink and row of cupboards toward a bed in the back. It had recently been freshly dressed with a strip of paper -- the kind that crunched with every movement, no matter how minor. The bed was located at the back of the infirmary, which was ideal for anyone who needed their privacy.
There was also a stepping stool, in case Naoto felt she couldn't heave her vertically challenged self onto the mattress without aid.

Hopefully it wouldn't happen this time.
Akihiko gave two sharp raps on the door before entering.

"Good afternoon," the man behind the desk greeted upon seeing Akihiko's face. And he didn't exactly look like he wanted to be here. Hatori shuffled several papers together on his desk, averting his placid gaze to grab an information sheet, sliding it under the teeth of the clipboard.
"Please, take a seat."

While not wanting to be here was... sort of the truth, the expression Akihiko wore was just his normal face. Training and a good fight were some of the few things that would break Akihiko out of his lineface expression.
Obediently taking a seat, Akihiko wondered if check-ups here would be anything like at home. And while Akihiko was man enough to take horrible medicines that looked like they were brewed by a mad scientist (which might not have been far off the mark), Akihiko learnt not to take any from his old school's nurse; that stuff didn't do anything anyway.
