fdjhgkhbkfxc yeah, I know a lot of people were hoping I'd reconsider but after thinking about it for so long I think this is just... the best. Even though it hurts. It feels like TST is a relationship I've been in for a long time that has lost most of its magic and the best thing to do is just... end it.

It's about a guy in a relationship that he's been in for a long time but is starting to die and he knows that he should end it and move on because neither of them are getting anything from this but he doesn't want to lose her because he still loves her, just no longer in that way he once did. And at the end of the song she's so hurt by the break up that she leaves him forever and they don't stay "just friends".
