Hmmm, maybe it feels unfinished to you because the coloring is more naturalistic + you didn't use as many textures as you usually use?

that's so interesting because when I was working on it I was worried I'd gone too overboard with the colours, but seeing it here it does look very dull

its not dull on my monitor, but it definitely isn't as... idk radical... as your typical icons

the reds in her lips are v nice imo

Hm, I think it could definitely use some more of your trademark 'COLOR EVERYWHERE' style especially with the fun...er...blob/fan-thing at the top with the fun purples and blues. Right now it feels a little flat. Definitely a fun composition though!

eta: we're just going to ignore the shameful amount of times I used 'fun' in this comment, okay? Awesome.

ah thankyou, that note on the composition made me realise that it's ALL I'd been thinking about up until now! Colour it is!
