Look in the Teleport folder (in My Documents). If there are files in there, delete them. Then try installing the lots that are not showing up. Do them only one or two at a time, starting the game between each installation. Which, I know, can take a long time if you have a lot of CC.

Installing a large number of houses sometimes results in failure to install some of them and the teleport files for those not installed end up left behind in the Teleport folder. When you clean out the folder the lots should be able to be installed next time 'round. You just need to slow down and only do a few at a time rather than doing a mass install.

Hmm, that doesn't appear to be working, let me clear out the lotcatalog and try installing just one lot.

Still no luck :( Not with even just one lot.

I hate trying to install pre-packaged lots for this exact reason. I can ususally get one or two of them to show up if I clear my lot catalog in the game, including all the crappy maxis houses (I was surprised to find you could delete the maxis houses). I clean my teleport folder and then, using cleaninstaller, install the custom content in the lot only, and then run clean installer again and install the lot only. It usually works. I have a habit of downloading lots with cc (I'm lazy and suck at buldidng). It seems to me that the larger the lot (we're talking size in MB here) the less likely it is to show up. After I am done placing a lot, I always delete it from the catalog and the teleport folder. If all else fails, I do them one at a time without using cleaninstaller (but I always check the content first).
