Clean Installer Highlight Question

I've read all of the entries under the Clean Installer tag but they are mostly regarding issues with it. My questions are so simple and I've wondered for the longest time but never knew where to ask

I've only ever seen pink and red. I can confirm red is a hack. With the pink it doesn't matter if you delete the highlighted or non highlighted one (if you sort by MD5 or whatever it is then it will show you both together and you can choose which to delete based on it's subfolder if you use subfolders).

I do sort by MD5 and noticed subfolders. Thank you for confirming that it doesn't matter which one I delete/disable, I was afraid of choosing the wrong one. :]
