Geneticized skintones

I've looked and looked, and I am a bit confused! I want to install geneticized skintones, but I'm not exactly sure how. I have downloaded them all, and extracted. Do I just put them in my downloads folder, and that's that? I don't have to set them to defaults or anything, right?

Just want to make sure my game doesn't go all 'splodey on me! :-p

You don't have to do anything special. You just install them the same way that you would install a custom skintone.
