File always shows up in my Sims2Packs.

I upload sims a lot.  And whenever I do, this file called "RSL-browcombed_puregreenm" ALWAYS shows up when somebody uses Clean Installer under the eyebrows category.  I barely use custom eyebrows since I have default replacements for them.  Plus, out of the custom eyebrows I do have, none of them are green.

My eyebrow default replacements are in fact by RenSim, who always has RS in front of most of their files.  I thought this file that keeps showing up was a problem with my default replacements, but when I took them out it still was there.  I then decided to search for the file in throughout my whole downloads folder, and nothing was called that in it.  Even when I took my downloads folder out, packaged a sim with no custom content, and clicked on the sims2pack using Clean Installer, it still was there.

I'm now looking through my savedsims folder because I do download sims a lot, and nothing is showing up with that file name either.  I'm thinking that this phantom file isn't really under that name.  Has anybody else had this problem, and knows how to fix it?  I'd really like to be able to package a sim with no custom content whatsoever.

ETA: Thanks to inkstaind_stars, I had an idea of what to look for.  The file is not named what Clean Installer said, but it is a string of text: 38ece0f8298ad74c0da3fb9da0bff.package.package.package, and it was in both my saved sims and downloads folders.  I took that file out, and everything is fine now.
