I try not to drink or eat anything 2 hours before bed, because I have weird dreams if I do! hahah

Anyway, have you tried an eye mask and ear plugs? It really does help to block out all noise and light for a good nights sleep. Try Mimi a la Mode's shoppe.

Or you can try breathing slower, seriously! I have a heart rate monitor watch (for running) and when you sleep your heart rate is relatively slower. So if you can get yourself to "resting rate" than you'll drift to sleep.

milk is the way to go..
and she's right breathing slower helps calm your nerves.
i tend to do the same thing...
calming my nerves helps me sleep a whole lot easier.
i also hit the gym with my bf at night and that gets me really tired.

i think 8 shots will do more than put me to sleep... it'll put me in a coma!! hahahahahah thanks for the suggestion but i may start at 1 shot for now ;)
