So I've been dabbling in writing again, but it's been so long that my skills are embarrassingly below par. I'm looking for anyone willing to beta, or even just check it out before I post anything and embarrass myself unduly ( Read more... )

*shifty eyes* If you don't mind a beta who never shows up on instant messengers, I'd love to beta for you. I'm pretty good at picking up grammar mistakes and the like. :)

Ahaha, I never show up on instant messengers myself, so that's not really a problem. E-mail would work best for me.

So, I hope you don't mind angst or crack, because that's primarily what I write.

Have you read anything I've written before? Not sure if you are familiar with my writing style or not. It doesn't really matter, I'm just curious. XD

KHR fandom was *born* for crack. XD I'm pretty open on what I'll read. ^^

Yes. I seem to gravitate towards cracky fandoms. Between Prince of Tennis and KHR, I have enough crack to last a lifetime.

I only asked because I couldn't recall exactly where we met. We share some of the same fandoms, but I don't recall reading your fics. I figure it was at ffr, since that's the only community I regularly visit anymore. *makes plans to read your fics* The fact you have Gintama fic makes me very very happy. XD

I haven't written much. Mostly Prince of Tennis. One FFVII fic. A few unfinished Kingdom Hearts and Naruto fic... *fails at writing long fic* I need to try harder. ^^;

True. I mean, I have a habit of whoring out my favorite characters, but no character have I wanted to whore out so much. Not even Ryoma. Tsuna has chemistry with EVERYONE! Except the girls. LOL. Poor boy. Hell, Tsuna isn't even my favorite character. (That privilege goes to Hibari, who I also don't mind whoring out, but not quite as much :p).

I have this epic idea for a future fic involving Gokudera/Tsuna. Tsuna married Kyoko and they had a son, but Kyoko dies protecting her child from Mafia hitman trying to destroy the Vongola line. This idea will not leave me alone, but I have no idea how to execute it. :(

How about we throw in a shotgun wedding in thar? Tsuna and Kyoko somehow get drunk, bonk, Kyoko gets pregnant and Tsuna being the paragon of fail manliness decides that uh-- HE HAS TO MARRY KYOKO!

Fastforward to future :'D

It explains why uh... junior #2 never quite happened.... unless you want him to :D

LOL. I had actually planned to skip everything and start the story at her death, not explaining much beyond that. What I'm stuck on is, how old the child is when she dies, how exactly she saves it, and the who and why of the whole attack. Oh and pretty much everything that comes after.

I... just can't see Tsuna having sex with Kyoko pre-marriage. Not even drunk. I can't see him taking the steps to start anything, and i don't see Kyoko as seducing him. Haru, on the other hand... Ahahaha! Maybe for a different story.
