Oxford and Business

My Eurotrip began 2 days ago in Oxford. Oxford is adorable -- more British-y than I would have realistically imagined.

I'm here mainly for the purpose of visiting the branch of Wiley-Blackwell (W-B) here and meeting some of the important people with whom I have not much to talk about but stand to learn a lot from.*  And I feel like I have.  Also, ( Read more... )

Have so much fun!

I work in a public area of the office and mostly enjoy the interaction. I just wish I could put my feet up and pick my nose every once in a while.

YES, i think it is a european thing to have the open space like that. The Chichester office is similar. I forget what the word is to describe it, but at some places, they have people sharing one long table. I don't know what i'd do without my cube partitions! they're the only things that allow me to roll my eyes at the people around me without getting in trouble!!

For a moment I thought you just became a poet.

I spent tonight with a group in the canyons of Sedona ohming, ranting gibberish, and screaming. We entered Ken vision (the antithesis of Barbie vision) and saw spirits.
