On a graver note, Olivia is seriously sick. She's wheezing/coughing/hacking again and it is much worse than before. I have an emergency vet appointment for her tonight, and I really hope that they can figure out what is wrong with her

I am so sorry she is sick. What is the latest update?

She has allergic bronchitis/asthma. We've put her on a decreasing predinsone regimen for the next few weeks to see if that helps (5mg/day, then 2.5 mg/day, then 2.5mg e/o day). She got better after her earlier dying episode (with a steroid shot and antibiotics), so it's quite likely that she'll improve. At least, that's what I keep telling myself!!
