My dorm is small, but I like it. I like the view, weirdly enough--it's overlooking buildings and a construction site, very Atlanta-esque. I have a desk and a very comfy bed, and a little nook beside my desk that looks like a good place to stick the mini-fridge (and therefore somewhere to prop my rice-cooker and keep my noodles and miso paste cold

I'm glad you like your dorm. Obviously I've only had six weeks' experience in one, but it's amazing how quickly it starts to feel like home.

Tip for bathroom cleaning: Just do it quickly once a week. Then it takes twenty minutes, as opposed to an hour when you let it get disgusting.

I didn't think so--I got into a single room and I'm a freshman. You just have to apply early to get what you want.
