Ino's still hanging around Konoha. She's out and about sometimes, but she'll still be in Konoha when there aren't any missions for her to do.

Naruto's in Konoha, of course, when not obsessively missioning - and when I say 'obsessively', I mean at every given chance. Three guesses why~

Akatsuki;

We're pretty much just Akatsuki'ing around - not deviating from the original canon intent of collecting bijuu (seven, so far, not including the Six-tailed and the Nine-tailed) and stepping on whoever and/or whatever it takes to reach our goals. After the successful extraction of Shukaku, every captured jinchuuriki has been sapped dry of their own personal monster and destroyed. Free bijuu have been contained.

But to a far less lame extent.

Akatsuki is elusive as always, but are making it loud and clear that they will stop at nothing to capture Konoha's jinchuuriki for their own purposes, despite being so underground it is nearly impossible to come into contact with any member unless they have arranged it.

Jiraiya's "loitering" in the Fire Country, near Konoha. He generally avoids living IN the village, because being in the village might entail his being randomly selected for missions, and/or Doing Shit. He does want to be nearby, though, in case The Boy or The Bitch need help in almost any way.

Also, being nearby is better for spyiny and eating other people's food.
