Joining: Open Location: Bench in the training grounds Time: Barely mid-afternoon Recap: Genma is just sitting down quietly relaxing a little before going back to work... Warnings: none ( Just trying to Relax )
Anko nibbled on her dango happily, a bag of the snacks clutched in her fist. She swung it at her side, walking down the street from the convenience store. She loved dango. Yup.
Oh, now who might that be? She spotted a figure sitting on a park bench, obviously trying to relax. Oh, it was Genma. She smiled, swallowing the meatball.
"GENMA!" She called out, running up to him. She obviously disturbed his peace and quiet. Oh well. Not like she cared.
Sitting upright a little quickly he almost choked on the senbon he always seemed to chew on in his mouth. Who was that?! But of course, it could only be one person who would speak obnoxiously like that not to mention with meat sauce all over her face.
Anko.
There went his peaceful rest, taking out a watch he noted he only had a few minutes left to talk...hopefully Anko wasn't feeling talkitive today.
Placing the watch back in his pocket he looked up, not really smiling, sort of a smirk and waved.
Anko grinned, taking a seat beside him, her feet propped up. She leaned her head back, dark locks falling over her face. "Hey Genma. What are you doing out here? Shouldn't you be on a mission or something important?" She was already making her way through another dango stick.
Of course, she would be on missions too, but she scarcely ever got any, being she was a Chuunin exam proctor. However, the Chuunin exams wouldn't be in months, so she didn't really have anything to do. Bothering Genma was fun though.
She clutched the bag tightly with her free hand, a corner of a book sticking out.
"Hey Genma. What are you doing out here? Shouldn't you be on a mission or something important?"
He sighed, keeping a generally straight face though there was a minor, very minor, sign of annoyance. But since he was a nice guy he delt with it, plus it's not like he would be here for very long correct? "Shouldn't you too be doing something important?" He said back to her with another slight sigh, "And to answer your first question," He leaned back again adjusting the senbon in his mouth to the right, "I was taking a rest, I have a mission pretty soon, or at least I'm being called to the Hokage's office, what about you?" Hopefully it wouldn't be lengthy, he only had a few minutes to spare.

He had wanted them for himself.
