That was great. My literary side appreciates how you didn't try to jam a cute, happy resolution in a one-shot (though my fanboy side is disappointed.) And it was really sweet and in-character. I liked how you didn't make Sora a thoughtless idiot - he did figure out what was going on, just not quite soon enough, and I think Riku underestimated his ability to deal.

I've always been a fan of obscure KH slash pairings - Riku/Tidus, Sora/Tidus, Hayner/Roxas, Roxas/Pence. They're really hard to find - I think the only time I've seen Roxas/Pence was when I requested it once. So thanks!

Why, thank you! I'd like to say that, even in an expanded long shot, I'd attempt to get a happy resolution, but I somehow like this pairing as a more ... for lack of a better term, "angst" filled pairing, instead. And thanks for the complements -- My biggest problem with this pairing is splitting my OTP, Riku/Sora, in a way that's believable, but...good, I suppose.

Hayner/Roxas is hard to find? Really? ...And here I thought it was slighlty popular. I'm kind of a fan that...enjoys really randomly obscure pairings (Like Axel/Tidus. ...Yeah. It's an intresting one.)
