This is no help, but I always kind of go o.O when you east-coasters mention I-90, just because it's kind of amazing how it goes all the way across. I grew up 109 miles from the west-coast end. :D

Yeah, it is really cool. So, theoretically, I could 'miss' my turn at Cleveland and come out to visit you.

This is also no help, but that makes me think of the first call I ever went on when I was a volunteer firefighter. It was ... gross. And there were three people in the destroyed car. x_x

Here, I believe, more people died of car accidents than of all our wars put together.

People drive too fast, people drive drunk (or high), don't obey the rules of traffic, think they own the road and that's what happens.

Completely shivery. And yes, definitely makes you want to grab on and never-ever let go. I know the whole 'when it's your time'... I just don't want it to BE my time anytime soon!
