Bahamas pics, 1 of 3

Ok, I decided to go with three posts total. I guess my main reason for wanting to split up the posts (besides trying to avoid too much tl;dr) is that some people still have issues loading too many images at once, and I don't exactly post small-size photos. I always save my stuff at the highest jpg level available. :U ( Read more... )

photos, bahamas, incoherent babble

Oh, gorgeous scenery! And it's so sunny! ^^

The picture of the champagne glasses looks so professional x3 And it's a good amount of pictures for one post, not too many and not too few.

Haha, tropical locations are indeed sunny! ;) It was pretty nice weather, though.

Ah, I'm glad you like it! I'm still nervous about editing all of the wedding photos. T_T

Oh, it was a really pretty day, though the breeze was really strong! And yeah, I was the photographer. >_< There was a guy from the resort taking pictures too, but my friends wanted me to take pics, probably 'cause it was cheaper. XD;

I think the duty-free stuff is catering mainly to the tourists! Actually, pretty much everything seemed catered towards tourism, but I think that's a major source of income there.

Haha, if I go back, I'll definitely lounge in a hammock! XD There were plenty around, I just never seemed to find time to plop myself down in one. :B

Awww, I wish I were there right now! I love the Bahamas. All inclusive places are nice in that you don't have to manage your cash for food and drinks once you're there. And yay duty free liquor! Were there a million people bringing gallons of liquor home on the plane with you? It always seems like when I come back from places like this, most of the overhead compartments are jammed full of bottles. Haha.

Yeah, it was really nice to just be able to go grab some food, or coffee, or whatever and not have to worry about paying for it. In fact, I felt supremely ripped off when I did pay for lunch at a casino restaurant! XD;

Haha, I didn't notice a lot of people lugging liquor home on the plane, but I imagine most of the big drinkers bought it in the city and then had to pack it in a checked bag, rather than waiting to buy in the airport, where everything was sooo much more expensiive. That's what I would've done if I'd been out to buy some! O: But instead all I brought back was some hot sauce and Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee beans. I'm so boring! XD;
