At their last show in St. Petersburg, Brendon announced that it would be Ian's last show with Panic! at the Disco. So, here's Brendon dedicating That Green Gentleman to Ian, and as he says, "things have changed for me, but that's okay". Thanks, Ian, for a great 3 years of music in the band!

That Green Gentleman is always sad for me but now EXTRA SADNESS

Also, I love you can hear the person recording say "it's so sad". I AGREE WITH YOU RUSSIAN PERSON.
