Me and Jim smoke for the same reason! I have horrible adult a.d.d that made me a miserable insomniac for almost ten years before I started smoking. People that don't know much about it have such misguided ideas about it but it's really helpful to people that need it. Drugs are harmful chemicals made in some backwoods trailer, pot is a naturally occurring plant.

The idea of Jim and Spock smoking is delightful, thank you for this thoughtful fic.

I enjoyed this mix of funny and not so funny elements. Liked the foreshadowing of Spock being into the drug much more than Jim and the ending was of course heartwarming. Thanks for sharing this story. :-)

How you managed to work this rollercoaster of emotion into a fic about pot I'll never know. I'm grinning like a fool right now and my stomach's doing fuzzy little flip things. This is the funnest (who says that's not a word?) K/S I've read in a long while. Oh, and this part:
“This…isn’t what you want?” Jim asked. Spock’s eyes shot to the cabinet by the bed. Jim squinted in anger, and disbelief. “Fuck the weed, Spock, that’s not what this is about anymore.”
This and what follows wins you my heart.
