Did I say I was dissatisfied with Skånetrafiken? I TAKE IT ALL BACK. I've just been to Gothenburg, and boy do we have well-organised, well-functioning public transport here, in comparison! I thought the Gothenburgers were joking when they called Västtrafik by the name Värsttrafik (väst=west, värst=worst). Well, they are joking, but they aren't

I find it highly amusing to go to Gothenburg and see the Gothenburg-trams in their natural habitats. Some were lent to Oslo in the 90s because of track work, when they needed trams which could be connected back to back. And they didn't even have automatic doors! there is even a dvd about this loan.

The actual vehicles were OK. It was more how the public transport system was organised...

I find trams kind of exotic, since we don't have them in Lund! :)

And the København Metro is so automatic it doesn't even have drivers!
