Bullet points are fun

I'm going to write up my post in bullet points today, just because I feel like it :)
  • I was supposed to be going out for Tapas tomorrow for another birthday celebration with some family friends. Except that one of them isn't feeling well today so we might have to reschedule which isn't fun. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that she feels better ( Read more... )

I didn't like that about Priestly/Tish either. BUT in my head!canon he probably punks back up anyway. I enjoyed the movie, kind of just craved the parts with him in, but it was generally awesome and I enjoyed the 'online dating' element. Would love to read a J2 fic like that, with them meeting online. Aw.

I have a boring week ahead of me, well, on Thursday it is my sister's 18th and we are going out as a family to Cafe Rouge, but that's it. I can't believe my sister will be 18; it seems like such a short time since we were both tiny and playing barbies and furby parties.

I'd like to think that he punked back up but he's still changed in that final scene at the beach which makes me think he didn't :( I'd love to read a J2 fic based around something similar.

Haha, it seems as though everyone is turning 18 at the moment. Hope you have a good time at Cafe Rouge!

That's true. I bet he kept all of his piercings below the neckline though. *cough, too much fic consumption*

yes! my thoughts exactly about tish and priestly, it just sent a message that you had to change who you are to get the hot girl. Yes Priestly had to ask tish out, his journey through the film was to find the courage to go for what he wanted, but it says that tish would have said no if he had come in looking like he normally does.
I still enjoy the film though, it has some great moments :)

Yeah, that's exactly the problem I had.

It was definitely a fun film to watch and I wouldn't mind rewatching it at some point :)

OhmyGod!I'm so sorry I forgot about your birthday :( You had a fantastic day, didn't you?

btw, it's really cool that you're reading LOTR. I'd love to know what you think of the characters and the films.

So HAPPY BIRTHDAY (a few days later) :)

Don't worry about it! It's hard to keep track of everything on here :) Yeah, I had a really good day, thanks :)

Haha, well, I'm glad I'm finally reading LOTR. I'm really liking it so far.

I so agree with your point there about the ending of TIH! I enjoyed the movie as well, mostly I guess because of Jensen's character (and when I watched it first time I wasn't even a fan of SPN or Jensen that time but I really liked the character) and some of the very funny scenes he produced, but the ending was such a huge dissapointment for me. I thought the point would've been that Danneel's character would figure out her own shallowness and fall for the actually nice guy, no matter what he looks like. Making him yet another abercrombie model looking, no personality what so ever, pretty boy just didn't work for the story line at all!

Yeah, the ending sort of spoilt it for me. I loved Jensen's character but the message at the end wasn't great.

Jensen is awesome in it :)

Yeah, Priestly's transformation didn't really translate as it should have.
