Michael Eric Dyson and the Reid double standard

Jan 12, 2010 13:39

Georgetown University's Michael Eric Dyson has apparently observed the double standard between Harry Reid's "Negro dialect" comments vs. your standard White Republican saying such things. Whenever a black leftist like Dyson speaks such truth, you have to take note. Good for Dyson. I wish more could take from this example, here.

So very true.

The Democrats/liberals just change their definition of what is acceptable based on their whims and which party the person is from. "Harry Reid has done wonderful things for race etc etc." and what he said wasn't that bad.

If it had been GOP, they would have been all over it.

Huge double standard. They know it and they are spinning like bad to cover their liberal hypocrisy.

I never figured why, other than, "I'm liberal, so anything I do or say doesn't matter, since my ideology is so righteous. Therefore, if I call anyone racist without reason, it doesn't matter, for my cause is just and they aren't."
