Ever walk in on a conversation and have no idea what anyone's talking about but everyone thinks you do? That's kinda what I'm feeling right now. And it's interesting and all, but it sure would be nice if I knew what anyone was talking about.

There are a lot of things here out to hurt you any way they can. As far as the decor goes, it's a lot nicer than where I'm from too but the company leaves something to desired.
