[Tony glances up and kisses her back, giving her a smile. It's not exactly a false one, because he is glad to see her. His expression just remains very pensive.]

[She glances around, thinks for a second and then simply settles down in his lap. They're both bloody, what's the point in having to clean up more than one chair and one spot? That's her excuse. Puts her arms around his neck, too.]

[She was absolutely amazing. Just by doing something as simple as sitting in his lap she was able to make him feel better. Like she understood about the blood he was covered in. Which, he was sure she did.]

It's almost not fair. Red is such a good color on you.

[Their situations might not be the same, but she did understand the need for drastic measures in some situations and she could respect that he had the strength to do so. And she knew he hadn't enjoyed killing.

His words prompted her to give a surprised laugh.]

[She leant into him, ignoring the blood entirely. She's half-vampire - while blood doesn't hold any attraction for her, she doesn't find it repulsive, either.]

[Kisses him again before leaning back a little, one hand brushing through his hair. Never mind that she's leaving it bloody, they both need a shower anyway.]

I didn't actually have any plans. Didn't go in to work because of it, though. Does that count?

I guess it counts. I have a few meetings with people for City Solutions, but that's it. Nothing that wasn't easy to reschedule.
