I've been experiencing SP for 2 years now.. It used to scare the hell out of me, but nowadays i look forward to it, seein as I have fun springboarding into an OBE from it :D

I've never managed that, though I think trying to have an OBE may have triggered the SP in the first place, since it started about the time I became interested in that.
