A teen LJ idol sounds like a great idea.

I went into work on Saturday because I have reached the agrees-to-go-to-work-on-Saturday level of my writing procrastination. But a good weekend overall.

My weekend was domestic and filled with a ridiculous amount of reading.

I have enjoyed reading the transcript-ed children's writings. I'm not sure that Idol Junior could be successful on this platform however. But that may be my own usage and interpretation of LiveJournal as a medium for discourse and dialogue.

Three hours each way??? (Actually that needs some more question marks) ????? I have enjoyed reading the kids' entries a lot. There could perhaps be interaction built in through challenges next time - e.g., write a story about a character from someone else's previous entry

Olivia and I have been enjoying the junior version a lot, though I wish we had more time to read the other entries and comment, etc. That's really my own problem though, not the contest's.
