Hello from Grand Teton National Park! We are driving to Yellowstone and going to see Old Faithful today! On the road until next Friday - lots of driving under our belt already. Just left Jackson Hole, WY.
It is! Old Faithful was pretty awesome, despite it being overcast and drizzly. I posted a video on FB. I'm glad we went yesterday because right now Yellowstone is closed due to snow.
Working on Saturday, but one of my sisters is throwing a benefit for a school friend who has cancer. I'm going to that to support her good work. ( plus have fun!). Writers group on Sunday. AW
My daughter is excited about playing, although she's not a proficient reader yet. I told her she could draw for the stories too, so maybe I will upload those pictures as a supplement to her piece.
We are getting ready to close on a new house. Trying not to panic. So I've been promised a bottle of wine on Sunday before my friend's concert. Whee!
We finished closing on our house a few weeks ago. (Fortunately, it was the house where we were already living. :D) Now it's all home improvement all the time!
Fortunately, we have hired a guy to do some of the bigger projects. Unfortunately, that's what is happening this weekend.
Let the re-tiling (and grouting) of the master bath begin!! :)
My 16 year old sister has been writing short stories and sharing them on another website for awhile now. I think she would love to do a teen idol if it fits into her schedule!

It's my daughter's first birthday so just finished having her party. The year has gone way too quickly!
