It’s funny to think about the fact that if it wasn’t for the RNC being here, Tropical Storm Isaac probably wouldn’t have worried a lot of people. After all, its still not organized into an actual hurricane. So people would have been watching it, but not with anything near the intensity as they are now

Days doesn't fit... Saturday was 9, so yeaterday would have been 8, and today 7... :-) plus, we can't hit the weekend because he already announced our "last weekend"....

Hello GR! I'm at work, yay. The hubby will be returning from Texas this evening, double YAY! I have no idea what to make for dinner - any suggestions from the peanut gallery?

I'm just glad it's the Republican convention, because if it were the Democrats we'd never hear the end of how Isaac is God's punishment for their sinful ways.

Just occurred to me, doesn't the name "Isaac" mean "God laughs"? According to the news this morning, Gulf Shores, Ala., doesn't find the joke very funny.
