I believe he's got a couple of other people in mind that he wants to work with (because I asked him back in week 1 if I could claim him should intersections come up... although, he did say he'd work with me if his other choices aren't available; on the other hand I asked someone else since I didn't think I'd get to work with Joey. So I'm not 100% sure what I'm doing at the moment.)

Anyway, point is, I think there's a queue ;)
