I’m so sorry to see those folks strike out. A few friends in that group, sadly. People I was looking forward to reading again or for the first time.

I am glad we aren’t losing anyone from the vote. I’d like to see more from both of those writers still

I really though we'd have the time. partner's out of the country.

But new job, most of the team's in Germany, kind of difficult when we already need to be up early as it is.

I hate seeing the strike outs. :( But I do completely understand. Believe it or not, I've wondered to myself recently if I have too much going on right now, and I know a couple others are feeling it, too. It's just a shame to lose people even when it's the name of the game.

On the flip side, however, we don't have to say goodbye to the people at the bottom, and I've been enjoying their stuff so far! I'm hopeful that something good to come out of this format will be more exposure for those that are in danger and everyone can get more readers!

I'm enjoying the three-strikes. The week the last entry was due, I had so much going on with my end of semester graduate school work, and it was nice to take a strike instead of leaving the competition
