I’d like to think of it as an unceremonious seppuku. Meeting the deadline every week has become more of a challenge and I have honestly been waiting for the perfect chance to fall on my own sword, a time when it would certainly save another. This was unfortunately that time.

I want to thank everyone for reading and commenting and voting on my writing, y’all were the wind in my sails. I look forward to reading everyone’s work in the weeks to come and seeing who the victor in this hellish battle is. It’s been a blast.
