Just the usual chores. I think you should add "avoid more injuries" to your list, or maybe find someone to lift your curse. I'm not sure I'd like to be on an airplane with you.
My fridge died on Wednesday. I've been in negotiation with my landlord since Thursday morning over it's replacement. I'm having to arrange my own fridge replacement, and as of right now I'll be without cold beverages or cookable food until next Wednesday. yay.
I had to do everything to get one, including pay for it, and he says he'll reimburse me. If I don't get the money for it from him before the 1st I'm taking it out of my rent.
Ouch! You need bubble wrap! Got the grand-bay-bay (AKA HoneyB) here all Sat and Sunday. We will play w noisy toys, watch Pete the Cat, chase kitties and if the rain lets up go outside and ride on the pope-mobile. Also, in EXACTLY a month from today, RainBowBoy will have his due date, however he will probably come before that because MermaidFan is getting induced. (unless Nature steps in and takes control) Gettin' pretty exciting around here!
No ideas for the topic yet. I mean, I wrote about actual ducks last week, so this seems ill-timed. :O
I have to finish putting the Xmas lights away. They're all down, but the boxing up and such takes quite a bit more time.
Also need to finish cleaning up remaining Christmas wrapping, etc., getting things put away, sending out the long-overdue Christmas cards, AND getting ready to go out of town next weekend.
Doesn't sound like there's much room for an entry in there, does it? /o\
I’m flying out in a few hours. Back to France. Hopefully to get married if the town hall works with us. But we’ll see what happens.
I’m already exhausted and I haven’t even started packing. Oops. It’s been a long day dealing with the pharmacy and doctors. On top of my breathing issues (which thankfully looks like nothing serious like my primary care doctor thought), I now have some bladder issues. Yay 2020. Here’s to better health.
