Well, this was one crazy tenterhook...I have no idea why I'm surprised by that, though. ;)

Awwww, yay. That was such a hard decision picking the overall fave, so I'm really glad no one is going home. Everyone put in so much effort, and I enjoyed reading them all (even if I was a procrastinator who left things too close to the deadline, so I haven't gotten a chance to comment to everyone yet).

And I may not be a contestant, but the most popular vote entries tell me that my tastes apparently do not match the majority! xD

I woke up in the middle of the night thinking I had forgotten to send in my votes before I remembered that I did and got the confirmation email. Idol never woke me up when I was still a contestant.

Whew! I am pleased to be saying no goodbyes this week; it would've been a killer way to end the long weekend.

Holy crap!! I was eating a late Labor Day dinner on the lake with my family and suddenly realized the results might be posted...needless to say this was quite the treat, to see that we all got to stay in the game for one more spin on the Idol-coaster!
