I went and saw it again the other day...and it seems to me that JKR might have let them pare a number of things off that are important to the story

OH...and I almost forgot. I think movie watchers needed to see that Kreacher betrays the Order due to Sirius. IMO there's just a bit too much James-and-Sirius worship....viewers need to see a bit more of their nastier side, and the consequence it has later in life.
