sometimes my feet don't touch the ground when you come around.

Well, there goes my plan of avoiding pain and drama by not having any exes.

This is going to be the best day EVER. I can just fucking feel it.

eta: ( because apparently i am bad at communicating. )

I would tend to agree with you, lol. The situation is a little complicated by mobility issues on her end and such, but yeah. Breaking up by e-mail is Not Cool, especially if you're even pretending to give a shit about how the dumpee feels.

is it bad that i am kind of amused that someone complaining about a lack of communication has banned you from trying to contact her?

sorry. i hope the rest of your day is considerably better than this.

It probably is bad, but it kind of amuses me too, so.

It was, actually. Thank you.

Not in any way the same, but I got dumped by my work crush a couple months ago. He went from being on IM with me every minute of every work day to ending all non-work related communication and today he banned me from IMing him. Which I had been, on work stuff, approximately once a week. Fucker.

What kills me is the illogic of it all. I didn't do anything wrong. If I had done something, that would make sense. I'd be all upset, but it's be logical. This though, makes no sense. Which I think is what is driving you nuts, too, the sheer illogic of it. Obviously you're in a far more upsetting situation but I think we share this sense of but-it's-not-FAIR...

Exactly.

It's a thing where, even if you can accept that whatever it was is over and be zen about that, there's no real closure, just the cheap kind you have to manufature yourself. And that sucks.
