I DEMAND TO KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS DEVICE AND HOW I CAN RETURN HOME.

IT WOULD ALSO BE BENEFICIAL TO KNOW HOW TO TURN THE SOUND OFF OF THIS THING.
