[This post comes in about 20 minutes after Lois has posted. When Alison speaks, her voice is very stilted, and almost hollow sounding. All responses will be TEXT because resurrections are scary things, especially when you've died so many times.]

I'm not dead, FYI.

My sister's just a psychotic bitch, that's all.

[ Death doesn't scare Rose. Lois's grief? Did. ]
Really? You seemed dead.

Maybe just for a minute, but I'm all healed up now.

There are enough comic book superheroes and players of popular homicidal video games around to sympathize with that.
At least you woke up in the same universe.

Yeah, you have to appreciate that. I'd almost call that lucky.

It does rather fortunately imply a lack of other universes with intruding tendrils, plucking innocent people out of their daily lives, in order to increase their own population.
How did you come back?

Resurrecting myself is just part of my power set. This world didn't bring me back--I brought me back. It's a little complicated.

Try me. I have nothing but time.
The labyrinthine is infinitely more compelling than the straightforward for the mind to parse, anyway.

The thing is, I don't actually know. I was murdered one night back home by a group of people, and then I just woke up afterwards as if it were nothing. There's no reason for it at all, but it's there.

The process seems disorienting. Frequently so, in fact.
Yet it is useful nonetheless to resurrect one's self under any circumstances.
I'm sorry about your murder. It is far more glorious to die in combat. And, usually, less pointless.

Yeah, I know. I'd say it's even worse to be killed by your own sister, though.

That does rather test the bonds of sibling comradery.
How is she? Mentally, I mean.
People on murderous rampages aren't fun to deal with, but they can't be left to their own devices. Do you need help with damage control?

My sister has a lot of problems because of her father, and she's just become worse over the years. She has really dangerous powers on top of everything else, and can kill with just a little touch.

Finding her and stopping her isn't hard, it's knowing what to do afterwards that's hard.

What did he do?
If her touch is that lethal, the obvious solution is to incapacitate her.

It's not my place to say.

Fine.
Where are you two now?
