Because of Pushing Daisies' cancellation (*weeps*) I suggest a boycott of all ABC and Disney channels, movies, products, etc., with the exception of Pushing Daisies. I plan to write letters and send pies and send daisy seed packets ANYTHING WE CAN to ABC. Pushing Daisies is the only quality program on television, and we WILL bring it back.

I couldn't do the boycott thing (I never much saw the point in it, anyway, but that's just me), 'cause my roommate is obsessed with Lost and we both like Desperate Housewives, but, hey, I'm all for sending daisy seed packets and pies. That sounds like a cute way to try and get the show back. :3

I couldn't do something like that. They took a chance on a show that good in the first place. A lot of networks wouldn't have. It's not their fault in general terms that it didn't retain a huge audience. Sure they could have done some different things promotion-wise. But viewers are responsible for its demise.

I'd rather not punish a network that TRIED to give us quality fare.

I agree with this 100%. I really believe they tried, and I'm grateful to them for that. At least we got this much.

The show really should've popped up on something like HBO, which can sustain the less mainstream stuff a bit better. *sigh*

Agreed. I love it and I'd love to see it not get axed, but there are a lot of other shows that are just as awesome.
