I think it would be funny if they had Jaye on the show, but if so, she shouldn't mention that Ned looks like her brother. This would be more subtle:

"You look like someone I know. Were you on TV most recently? I just got cable!"

Would also once again show how self-involved Jaye can be if not forced by the universe to interact with people.
