Finally got this damn comic done. I did a very quick and dirty clean up with the eraser and magic wand tools. Nothing to write home about, but it's legible, which is more then you can say for the paper it is drawn on.
Very nice work - i'd never have had any clue that anything was wrong with the original source.
I myself don't ever swim, but the one redeeming factor of swimming was seeing people in bathing suits. They are truly the great equalizer and purveyor of truth, and that's something i dig.
Trivia: last time i went swimming it was at Paradise Lake Park, and i wore my bdu's and tshirt. People tell me i looked like a total tool; i'd have been about 17.
Keep up the great work and i look forward to the next installment :)
Thanks! I was thinking about posting one of the untouched panels for a comparison. I might do that if I get a little time.
Bathing suits are such an odd thing. They are the least flattering thing that you can wear in the entire world. I remember some woman giving me a look at the swimming pool, and I almost felt bad about myself, and then I realized that everyone has a big ass in a swimsuit and her hangups aren't my problem. Still, you're right- everyone is at their most visually vulnerable when encased in spandex. It's fun to watch.
I can't imagine that you looked any sillier in BDUs then anyone looked in their bathing suit. Damn, it's about comfort, do what you wanna do. I'll bet you coulds scared the crap out of some kids if you snuck up on them like that.

That is how I knew Rasputina had a new album coming out! I'm making him buy it for me.
Also, hope things are going good!

And things are cool here, if stressful. Sounds like you're okay, but that sucks about your AC.
