Getting out of the school during lunch was always a good thing in Chris's opinion. It gave the students a break from him as well as gave him a chance to get some coffee in him before that afternoon drop hit. He generally opted for the same place when he bothered to go out and wasn't feeling too cheap for it. They had decent little sandwiches at a mostly decent price compared to the coffee and that meant he didn't feel too bad about splurging on something that wasn't cheap takeout. No doubt what was in that wax lined bag was a lot healthier, as well. He settled in at one of the little tables, checking his phone for the time before looking over at the piano. There wasn't always someone playing, but this seemed to be someone who actually knew what they were doing over some college kid just playing around.

The sweet sounds from the piano reminded Junsu of his time spent in New Orleans. It had been a wonderful and a horrible time, all at once. The pain that had brought him there had been acute, but the healing had been wonderful. His fingers moved over the keys of the piano, a reminder of those times and more.

The music wasn't exactly Chris's usual taste, but it was sort of haunting, in a weird beautiful way, like the sort of thing you'd hear at the theater. He did like that. So, he simply picked at his lunch, watching, eating, waiting. Music was always something he hadn't been born with. He had to work for every little song he learned or tried to write. He would have never made it as a songwriter. He had a tongue, but not the fingers. So, there was always a sense of mad props to the guys that could pull it off.

Junsu looked up, feeling a pair of eyes on him. He saw another man watching him and he grinned, giving him a nod. It was always nice to be appreciated, even though he didn't expect it.
