And I'm pretty sure the boat's not supposed to be on fire.

I know.

For that deck, apparently, being on fire is the normal state of being. It doesn't extend beyond it's area and doesn't effect those housed on that deck. It's like a particularly...interesting...campfire. I suppose.

Really, though, feel free to set up a chair and take a stick to roast one of those sticky balls of sugar. The disturbing illusion of the ship going up in flames adds an interesting flavor, I think.
