I'm very sorry to tell you that I'm totally out of the photoshop/design stuff. That's my failed subject, but I have an idea: you can ask for help in some communities. At karofsky_hummel people are really nice (thouh I'm sure you already know it), and they'll probably let you do that. You can also try gleeslash, karofskylove, darren_criss, kurtships... and any other you know and you think would be cool about that.
Also, if my bunch of Kurtofsky/Karofsky icons is not lying, you can talk to lylith-st, odd-one-around, justme-jane, rightxhere and fichtfan, and maybe they'll lend you a hand 'cause they're really cool about all this Kurtofsky thing and really good icon/graphics designers. givethemlove is my favourite, you can try, I just don't know how busy she is.
