So, I need to figure out where I'm going to go to Grad School, asap.  Mostly because I need to know if I'll have to take the GRE.  I don't want to, and here's why:

What's worse about this is that I got the impression the scores were more or less just a formality for the school. After I applied for grad school here I got many excited e-mails that more or less boiled down to "once you take the GRE we'll be able to finalize the paperwork". I went into it feeling like it didn't even matter how good or bad I did, as long as I just did it. But anyway, good luck finding a school that doesn't require them, at least you'll know you're getting into a place that actually values what you can do and not just some bullshit standardized test.
