Man, that was grueling as hell. But I made it through. One of the comments one of the spectating students made was, "You looked like you were running on guts at the end there." Nothing could be truer. These high level tests seriously beat the hell out of me, and I keep myself going with my mantra of "Don't give up, give out." I'll only quit

Good job there! Sounds like a hellish experience, but I hope you found it worthwhile.

Your personal turmoil though reminds me of Hajime no Ippo, the way they try to never give up during a match until the body just collapses.
